It’s Grilling Season! – Get the grill, smoker or pellet grill fired up. Find the recipe that will wow your taste buds and get cooking!

Did you find some delicious recipes? So many to choose from, grill and smoker recipes will be added throughout the summer! Nothing beats cooking outside when the weather is good or if you don’t want to heat up the house.

Do the kids want some fries with their grilled burger? Have you tried grilling potatoes instead of turning on the oven?

Cut some russet potatoes with or without the skin into wedges. Toss them with some vegetable oil and season them with salt & pepper or whatever spice blend you like. Wrap them in foil and toss them on the grill.

They will probably take a bit longer than the burger so start them 15 minutes before you start grilling. Don’t forget to turn them as they cook to get an even roast.

Pull them from the grill and keep them in a bowl until ready to eat! They will stay hot wrapped in the foil! The kids will love unwrapping them.

Enjoy the Grilling Season!
