- 1 ea 3 oz package of Prosciutto
Instructions
- Cut the prosciutto into ¼" – ½" strips
- Cook the Prosciutto over medium to medium low heat to render the fat.
- The Prosciutto will begin to become cooked, but pay attention to keep it from burning.
- Once the Prosciutto looks to be crisping remove from the pan to drain on a paper towel.
- Let the Prosciutto cook before placing in an airtight container. Do not refrigerate as the prosciutto will lose its crispiness.
