Recipe Multiplier
- 1 ea Rack of Lamb
- 2 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 3 tbsp Minced Rosemary and Thyme
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Chop herbs, garlic and mix with dijon and add salt and pepper to taste
- Coat rack of lamb with mustard herb mixture
- Start grill and cook indirectly
- roast until temperature is 125 degrees for medium rare.
