Smoked Turkey, Caramelized Onions & Chipotle Aioli Sandwich

Smoked Turkey caramelized onion & chipotle aioli sandwich

Buying a turkey breast and smoking yourself can save you some money at the deli department.

With prices of deli meats going up over the last couple of years, it only makes sense to buy a turkey breast at, let’s say $6.99 a pound and smoking yourself vs $12+ per pound. Plus you know what you are getting in the meat.

This sandwich is delicious, it is even better as a panini! If you don’t have a ciabatta roll, use what you have, sourdough or a hearty wheat would be great. You can find the Chipotle Aioli recipe here. Enjoy!
