After you finish your low and slow roast of your Prime Rib. Make this Au Jus, easy to make and delicious.

Making the Au Jus
In a saucepan, add the Red WIne and reduce by half over a medium high heat.
Once reduced by half, add the Beef Broth and pan drippings if available.
Add the Worcestershire Sauce and bring back to a boil.
Add the Granulated Garlic, Onion and Black Pepper.
Taste for balance of seasoning, adjust with additional seasoning and/or Kosher Salt
Serve with the Smoked Rosemary Prime Rib and Enjoy!
