This Sandwich makes a great Panini. Remove the lettuce and add a slice of Provolone or Blue Cheese and grill press the sandwich.

Recipe Multiplier

  • 3 oz Sliced Tri Tip
  • 1 ea Ciabatta Loaf (portion) or Roll
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Aioli
  • ¼ cup Caramelized Onions
  • 5 ea Roasted Peppers Slices
  • 2 ea Fresh Tomato Slice
  • 2 tbsp House Vinaigrette
  • 1 ea Romaine Leaf

Instructions

  • Slice Tri Tip
  • Grill or Toast Ciabatta
  • Assemble Sandwich -
    Garlic Aioli on top of roll.
    Romaine on roll bottom.
    Stack sliced Tri Tip Add Caramelized Onions.
    Top with sliced Tomatoes.
    Add Roasted Red Pepper Pour House Vinaigrette over top.
    Place top roll on sandwich.
