6 Rocks Glasses, Irish Coffee Glasses, or Ramekins

1 ½cupHeavy Cream
½cup2% Milk
¼cupIrish Whiskey
½cupStrong Brewed Coffee or Espresso
¼cupIrish Cream
¼cupGranulated Sugar
1tbspGelatin
Instructions
Dissolving the Gelatin
In a sauce pot, add the milk and heat to warm.Remove from the heat.
Add the gelatin to the milk and whisk to combine.Let sit to dissolve the gelatin.
Heating the Cream Mixture
In a second sauce pot, add the remaining ingredients.Heat over a medium heat until the cream begins to form bubbles around the edge. Just before simmering.
Remove from the heat.
Using a whisk, add in the milk and gelatin mixture and whisk to combine.
Once combined, ladle the panna cotta into rocks glasses, irish coffee glasses or ramekins.
Refrigerate overnight to allow the gelatin to set.
