Peel the English Cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise. Using spoon scrape the seeds out from the cucumber. Grate the cucumber on a box grater. Squeeze the liquid from the cucumber with your hands or using a cheesecloth.
In a bowl, combine the pressed cucumber and the remaining ingredients.
Mix together and put into a container and refrigerate overnight. The cucumber will breakdown and the flavors will come together.
Serve with your favorite grilled meat, as a dip or in a wrap.
