Recipe Multiplier

  • 16 oz Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ¾ ea Peeled, Seeded and Grated English Cucumber
  • 4 ea Garlic Cloves finely grated
  • 1 ea Juice of one Lemon
  • cup Chopped dill
  • 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ tsp Kosher Salt
  • tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Peel the English Cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise.
    Using spoon scrape the seeds out from the cucumber.
    Grate the cucumber on a box grater.
    Squeeze the liquid from the cucumber with your hands or using a cheesecloth.
  • In a bowl, combine the pressed cucumber and the remaining ingredients.
  • Mix together and put into a container and refrigerate overnight. The cucumber will breakdown and the flavors will come together.
  • Serve with your favorite grilled meat, as a dip or in a wrap.
