⅓cupWhite Vinegar
¼cupChili Oil
2tbspSugar
2 tbspScallions - sliced
2tspGinger - minced
2tspGarlic - minced
Instructions
Combining the Dipping Sauce
Mince the Garlic and GInger and slice the Green Onions.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Sugar and Vinegar.Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix to combine.
If desired, you can heat the ingredients in a small sauce pan to dissolve the sugar and bring out the oils in the scallions, garlic and ginger. But this step is not necessary.
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for later use.
